Utilizing our side cage tubes and a straight spreader bar, Bruce beefed up his existing cage.
Bruce simply tied the bars into the existing hardware at the center hoop and fabbed up custom dash mounts using 1/4" angle iron.
As you can see the advantage of installing the side tubes besides being stronger than the factory bars is the ability to drop the windshield and not loose the safety of the cage. It also eliminates the need to remove the factory side bars and stow them if you wish to drop the windshield for a day of wheelin'

In this application a customer used 2 of our Universal Spreader Bars between the center hoop and a forward spreader bar spanned between the two side bars. This created a "center console" which was covered with sheet metal to provide a mounting location for switches, air gauges and an inverter mounted in between the two bars.
