Tube Fender Projects
Todd Starkey of West Virginia purchased our front and rear fender and flare kits and went to work with his welder.

Careful planning and attention to detail has produced a great set of bombproof tube fenders.

Flare Tubes
A customer called us with a request for some tubes to make fender flares.  He had aquired a set of Poison Spyder tube fenders that had never been installed along with some other Jeep parts.  Luckily the customer was able to bring the fenders to our shop so that we could measure and bend the tube to fit.

Tube Flares

Here you can see the flare tubes after trimming and welded to the tube fender.

A template was then made using cardboard to use in cutting out the 10 gauge plate that was welded over the tube to form the flare portion of the fenders.

Dave Knight used our tube fender kits and modified them to come up with this awesome looking integrated tube fender and rocker guard design on his '91 YJ.

Dave stated: "I searched the web to purchase a continuous fender step like this without luck. I found your website and decided I could modify your tubes to accomplish what I needed."

Great job Dave and an awsome idea backd up with good fabrication.  Best part is when people ask where he bought his fenders and rocker guards Dave can say with pride "I built them myself"
